Marketing Manager

Location: New York, NYDepartment: Marketing

Position Summary

We are seeking an in-office NYC-based Marketing Manager who can execute at a high level, understands finance, DeFi, and stablecoins in depth, and can turn that knowledge into measurable growth. This is a hands-on role where you will plan, create, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms while maintaining the trust and voice of our community.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of finance, DeFi, and stablecoins, with product-level expertise
  • Ability to design and run social campaigns across X, LinkedIn, and Farcaster
  • Proven ability to execute independently and quickly earn trust within a team
  • Strong content writer who can produce original material without AI, using AI only for speed and enhancement
  • Experienced community manager comfortable leading English- and Chinese-speaking moderators
  • Meticulous planner with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Bonus Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO, including LLM-driven SEO, with the ability to scale content for Reddit and other channels
  • Familiarity with automation workflows such as n8n or Zapier
  • Ability to create or direct high-quality short-form video content
  • Strong grasp of analytics and backend tools including Google Analytics, Cookie3, and Ahrefs
