The Mission

AI progress is currently bottlenecked by two factors: access to GPUs and the legacy capital markets that finance them. Traditional financial institutions often struggle to model the depreciation and utility of high-end compute assets like H100s.

USD.AI is a credit and stablecoin protocol (live on Arbitrum) designed to finance AI infrastructure. We have secured over $700M in financing facilities and are projected to reach $50M in loan originations this quarter.

The Role

We are seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and maintain the automation stack that powers our outbound operations and lead conversion. This is a highly technical role at the intersection of Data Engineering, Operations, and Growth. You will be responsible for building the systems that identify and engage AI startups, data centers, and GPU purchasers globally.

Primary Responsibilities

• Growth Architecture: Design and manage an outbound infrastructure using Clay for data enrichment and AirOps for LLM-powered personalization at scale.

• Infrastructure Integration: Utilize Octave to synchronize GTM data with internal product and credit systems, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to loan closing.

• Tool Development: Build technical calculators and SEO-driven interactive tools for GPULoans.com to help founders evaluate the economics of GPU financing.

• Strategic Automation: Collaborate with the Growth Lead to identify high-signal triggers—such as venture rounds or data center permit filings—and automate technical outreach workflows.

Technical Stack

We require a candidate who approaches growth as an engineering challenge.

• Must have Core GTM Tools: AirOps, Clay, Octave.

• Development: TypeScript/React (for web-based tools), Python (for data processing and AI agents).

• Integrations: Advanced proficiency with APIs, Webhooks, and orchestration platforms like Zapier or Make.

Candidate Profile

• Systems Thinker: You possess a hacker mindset and prioritize scalable automation over manual tasks.

• Domain Expertise: You understand the AI infrastructure landscape, including the specific requirements of H100 clusters and the challenges facing AI founders.

• Iterative Execution: You are comfortable with rapid build-measure-learn cycles, capable of deploying an AirOps workflow and refining it based on real-time data.

• High Velocity: We are preparing for our Token Generation Event (TGE) in late February. We need an individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
