The Uniswap Protocol is the largest decentralized trading and automated market making protocol (often called a DEX, “Decentralized Exchange”) on Ethereum.
The Uniswap Labs team was a major contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and now focuses on building a suite of products to support the Uniswap Labs ecosystem. Our team is one of the most impactful in crypto. We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City with the option to be partially or fully remote depending on the position.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative, and communicative product marketer to take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle and narrative driving the market presence of some of our key products.

This individual will work closely with our product, growth marketing and content leads to deliver creative, impactful, and relevant marketing campaigns.

This role requires a strong understanding of web2 and web3 marketing strategies, exceptional writing skills, experience with product positioning, user segmentation and the ability to drive on creative messaging. This role is responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that each feature update and launch is moving the needle for Uniswap.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go to market strategy for new strategic releases
  • Define the target audience, positioning, messaging, and channel strategy- rooted in clear objectives and insights
  • Carry out multiple aspects of the product marketing lifecycle: targeted outreach and segmentation strategy, education and engagement campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Develop insights-driven campaigns that speak to our customers and elevate our brand
  • Ensure consistent communication of unique value propositions across all channels and campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Uniswap community and competitive landscape. Be a known and trusted resource on the team.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of Uniswap personas. Own the monitoring and socializing of the competitive landscape.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiatives
  • Work as a flexible member of a small marketing team, leaning into new and different projects, audience segments and areas as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience working with technical B2C products, ideally in fintech and/or web3
  • Obsessed with crypto, DeFi, and Web3 as transformative opportunities, with personal or professional experience using a self-custody wallet, engaging with dApps, NFTs, or participating in DAOs
  • Ability to lead through influence, develop strong relationships with technical teams, and drive alignment across teams
  • Incredibly clear written communication and desire to document everything
  • Very organized, able to stay on top of several moving projects at once

Minimum full-time salary of $124,000-$170,500. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.
