Client Strategy Advisor

The Client Relationship Team is responsible for managing relationships with strategic partners that support Galxe's business objectives. We’re looking for a Client Strategy Advisor who will work closely with our business and product leaders to manage the day-to-day operations, identify and execute growth partnership opportunities. This will involve negotiation, building and managing relationships with internal and external partners, driving operational process improvements, reducing operational risk, and overseeing the daily operation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, results-oriented partnership professional, who thrives leading cross functional initiatives.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

Manage a variety of clients, identify client's needs and grow the Galxe business within the specific, assigned geographical area through proactive client acquisition and retention
Work independently to lead cross-functional partnership and operation initiatives, working with product, finance, comms, compliance, legal, and marketing to improve the operational process and reduce operational risk
Own all elements of the client relationship life cycle: identifying potential partners, managing and retaining existing partners, framing of value, negotiating agreements, and implementation and optimization
Maintain healthy and productive relationships with partners, resolving business, policy, and technical issues
Channel partner feedback back to other teams

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

3+ years of experience in Client Relations, Growth or Business Development in high growth consumer-facing tech firms and blockchain companies
You enjoy and excel at working cross-functionally to deliver results through partnerships
You have shown the ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, internally and externally
You have great strategic instincts and can exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations
You have great interpersonal communications skills and high attention to detail
You’ve been successful in negotiating a broad set of different types of deals
You’re intellectually curious and think in a structured way
Fluent in English and Mandarin
