Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational aspects of the exchange platform to ensure seamless functionality.
• Analyze weekly operations and prepare detailed reports for top executives, summarizing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly trends, risks, and critical customer operations.
• Enhance and optimize platform operational tools, including outreach tools, user authentication, and version management systems.
• Lead the execution of key business projects, ensuring coordination among teams and timely delivery of objectives.
• Develop essential user resources, such as educational materials and comprehensive help guides.
• Collaborate on the design and development of core products by overseeing requirements, development, and deployment processes.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3-8 years of experience in internet operations.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proven expertise in product management, including experience in requirement documentation and development oversight.
• Preferred: Experience in the financial or web3 industry.
• Highly Advantageous: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
