As a Listing Operations Specialist, you are responsible for collaborating with project teams and blockchain projects to facilitate the listing of digital assets on Coinstore. This role involves effective communication with project teams to ensure a smooth listing process and providing necessary support and follow-up post-launch.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with blockchain project teams to understand project features, technical architecture, and listing requirements.
• Assist project teams through the listing process, offering technical support and advice.
• Monitor the progress of listing applications, coordinating to resolve any issues that arise.
• Engage in cross-departmental coordination to ensure a high-quality trading experience and customer service.
• Monitor post-launch trading activities to identify and resolve any issues or anomalies.
• Gather user feedback to advise on asset product planning and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in blockchain and digital asset markets, with an understanding of the technical aspects and trading mechanisms of mainstream digital assets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with project teams and internal teams.
• High learning ability and problem-solving skills, adaptable to new technologies and working environments.
• Ability to maintain good work performance under pressure.
• Data-sensitive with strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, capable of bilingual communication and documentation.
• Experience in listing operations and managing the complete listing process is preferred.
• Proficient in office software such as Word and Excel.
