As our Learning & Development Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a culture of growth, ensuring that our teams have the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.
Job description
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training objectives
- Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure objectives are met
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to deliver training programs
- Support the end-to-end coordination of Learning & Development programs, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training)
- Conduct onboarding training for new joiners
- Maintain training records and general L&D administration
- Update learning materials, guides and reference documents (includes video editing, drafting of toolkits, slides, etc)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related role
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and e-learning tool
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and detail oriented
- Certification in ‘Train-the-Trainer’ and/or any Personality Assessments is a plus
- Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
- Comfortable with an office-based role
