Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Korea)
I. Job Responsibilities:
- Publish and manage the company's recruitment information in Korea through various channels.
- Screen candidates’ resumes, arrange interviews at various stages, and handle the hiring process.
- Maintain and expand recruitment channels to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of job postings.
- Regularly summarize and track the utilization of various talents, update and maintain the talent pool, and provide recruitment analysis information.
- Handle employee onboarding, departures, transfers, and manage employee information.
- Coordinate the relationship between employees and management, as well as other HR-related tasks for local employees in Korea.
II. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Approximately one year of experience in human resources recruitment, with preference for candidates with multinational recruitment experience.
- Proficient in office software operations, with good expression and communication skills.
- Strong personal interest and acceptance of the Web3 industry, strong sense of responsibility, stability, good professional ethics, and professional quality.
- Proficiency in Korean and English to communicate with native Korean candidates and foreign counterparts.
*Interview will be conducted in English.
