As a Live Streaming Operations Specialist at Coinstore, you will take charge of planning,

managing, and executing live streaming events aimed at strengthening our brand presence and engaging a global audience. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth, high-quality live broadcasts that effectively communicate Coinstore’s message. This role requires a strong understanding of live streaming technologies, content creation, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and Manage Live Streaming Events:

• Develop and implement live streaming strategies for events such as live discussions, community AMAs, and special announcements.
• Coordinate with content, project management teams, and guest speakers to ensure the seamless execution of live broadcasts.
• Manage all technical aspects, including setup, equipment testing, and troubleshooting during live sessions.

2. Content Creation and Optimization:

• Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging scripts, visuals, and promotional materials to support live streams.
• Monitor live streams in real time, making on-the-spot adjustments to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Analyze post-event data to optimize future live broadcasts, adopting best practices for improvement.

3. Cross-Departmental Coordination:

• Work closely with project management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure content aligns with Coinstore’s brand and messaging.
• Engage with the audience during live streams, addressing questions and collecting feedback to inform continuous improvement.

4. Data Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track key performance metrics, including viewer engagement and technical performance, to assess each live stream’s effectiveness.
• Create detailed post-event reports that provide insights into the impact of live streams and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in live streaming operations or digital content production, with a basic understanding of the blockchain industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in live streaming software, basic video editing tools, and experience with broadcasting equipment.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to handle bilingual live streams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills in high-pressure, live settings.
