The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance organizational capabilities through HR initiatives.
  • Support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business departments for talent evaluation and job analysis.
  • Identify precise talent profiles based on business needs.
  • Mobilize external resources for recruitment.
  • Establish a talent pool for mid-term business development.
  • Develop HR management policies for different national cultural backgrounds.
  • Improve HR management mechanisms.
  • Address various HR issues promptly.
  • Design and implement targeted performance incentive mechanisms.
  • Tailor incentives to different developmental stages and business line characteristics.
  • Stimulate team potential
  • Establish offices in business-operating countries quickly.
  • Ensure administrative support for daily operations of local offices.
  • Handle additional tasks related to human resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Over 10 years of HR management experience.
  • At least 2 years in an HR director role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the blockchain industry.
  • Experience in managing cross-cultural teams.
  • HR management experience in countries like Singapore and Malaysia is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally approximately once every four months.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and professional influence.
  • Ability to coordinate resources and solve problems from a higher perspective.
  • Diplomatic and methodical approach to dealing with matters.
  • Logical and systematic in upward communication.
  • Tactful and skilled in downward and parallel communication.
  • Open mindset and learning growth attitude.
  • Proficiency in written English for office communication.
