Job Description:

As the Coinstore League Executive (CSL), you will take on the responsibility of leading and operating the CSL team. Through innovative strategies and efficient management, you will develop and implement expansion and incentive schemes for CSL, unleash the team's potential, and drive continuous growth and success. You will be the bridge connecting the Coinstore brand with the user community, promoting the enhancement of brand influence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the formation, training, management, and optimization of the CSL team.
• Develop and execute recruitment rules and policies for the CSL team, ensuring team members are highly aligned with brand values.
• Establish and optimize assessment management mechanisms to ensure team performance aligns with brand goals.
• Design and implement KOL incentive schemes to increase team members' motivation and loyalty.
• Regularly organize training, communication, and assessment elimination meetings to ensure team vitality and efficiency.
• Regularly conduct data effectiveness analysis and adjust team operating strategies based on analysis results.
• Plan and execute exclusive CSL events at least once a month to enhance team cohesion and market influence.

Job Requirements:

• Have more than 2 years of experience in community operation management, familiar with community marketing strategies and user operations.
• Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Have excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-departmental teams.
• Data-sensitive, able to guide team operations and optimize strategies through data analysis.
• Have innovative thinking, able to plan and execute creative marketing activities.
• Aspire to develop in the blockchain and digital currency fields, and have a sense of identity with the Coinstore brand.
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, media, management, or related fields.
