The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Description:

  • To oversee for office daily HR operations and administrative functions.
  • To manage and oversee the entire recruitment and retention process, including to review job advertisements, to screen and select CV, to conduct interview and background check to provide on boarding, orientation and trainings to new joiners and to involve in staff retention process.
  • To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,
  • To support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital and to manage and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures.
  • To ensure compliance and proper record keeping for the entire HR process ranging from Company's policies and procedures, handbook, memos, payroll & statutory documentation and other related matters.
  • To manage the entire payroll and budgeting process to ensure accuracy and compliance with local authorities and to monitor overall staff cost to ensure the cost is within approved budget.
  • To enhance employee relations including to nurture a positive working environment and to resolve employee relations issue.
  • To develop, formulate, review, and improve human resources and administrative work plans, work flows and procedures.
  • To undertake special projects and work with management to plan for special events, team activities and training programs

Job requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administrative Major HR, any field.
  • At least 3 years of managerial working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent leadership, management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin (Need to liaise with Mandarin speaking partners)
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Act, employment-related laws, and regulations.
