Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Conduct quarterly performance appraisals for business development team to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement tailored career progression plans to nurture talent and drive employee engagement
- Provide personalized coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance, fostering a results-oriented culture within the organization
Onboarding and Training Programs:
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new sales team members into the organization
- Track and oversee the performance of new joiners through assessment tests and speed-to-sale ratio
- Coordinate and deliver impactful leadership training sessions to equip leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary for success
- Develop, facilitate and update learning materials for business development team members to enhance their sales acumen and effectiveness
Learning Conferences:
- Plan and execute quarterly and annual learning conferences, showcasing the latest industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure guest speakers develop relevant training content
- Analyze conference feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements for future events
Sales Management Support:
- Partner with the Global Business Development Head to maintain updated sales packages, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Generate insightful sales reports and one-pagers for both internal decision-makers and external stakeholders
- Provide support for sales meetings and initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making
Event Management:
- Oversee the team in coordinating offline events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops, to foster knowledge sharing and networking opportunities
- Manage event logistics from venue selection to catering, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning initiatives with strategic business goals, driving organizational growth and performance
- Continuously assess and enhance learning and development programs based on feedback, analytics, and business results, ensuring ongoing relevance and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing, Communications, or a related field or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in L&D management or sales management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive performance
- Experience in developing sales presentations and proposals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin (Need to liaise with Mandarin speaking partners)
