Job Responsibilities:

  • Rotational Assignments: Rotate through various departments within operations to gain exposure to different aspects of the business. Work closely with experienced professionals to learn the day-to-day operations of each department.
  • Project Management: Undertake projects related to process improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction under the guidance of senior managers. Analyze data and provide recommendations for optimizing operational processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between different departments. Learn to communicate effectively with team members and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations. Prepare regular reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Customer Service: Understand and contribute to customer service processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Address customer issues and collaborate with customer service teams.
  • Adaptability and Problem Solving: Develop the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve operational challenges. Contribute ideas for innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 0-1 year of relevant work experience, Graduates are welcome.
  • Strong interest in Crypto Industry is a must.
  • Experience in Program/ Project/ Account management is highly preferred.
  • Open-minded and Fast Learner
  • Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills, able to manage multi-stakeholder relationship at all levels independently with ownership.
  • Strong driving ability, result-oriented, able to fully control the program from strategy to detail level.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin (spoken - to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
