The ideal candidate will conduct research, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and setup simulations across various projects to optimize token business models and their finances and economics to support the growth of our clients business.

Responsibilities

Case Analysis: Conduct comprehensive studies on client cases, understanding the business model, goals, and challenges to design effective tokenomics strategies.

Industry Benchmarks: Investigate industry benchmarks for similar projects, ensuring our designs are competitive and innovative.

Tokenomics Analysis: Dive deep into the mechanics of existing tokens, understanding their strengths, weaknesses, and market potential.

Token Strategy & Design: Conceptualize, design, and optimize token models that align with the business objectives and market trends.

Financial and Mathematical Forecasts: Predict the potential outcomes of a token strategy by creating detailed financial projections and mathematical models.

Running Simulations & Analyzing KPIs: Conduct tokenomics simulations and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of token models.

Skills required

Analytical Mindset: Ability to dissect complex information and understand the implications of various token design choices.

Spreadsheet Expertise: Mastery over advanced spreadsheet functionalities, especially macros, to handle large datasets and run complex calculations.

Python Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in using Python libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and CadCad for data analysis and tokenomics simulations.

Simulation Modeling: Strong experience in building simulation models, especially Monte Carlo and Agent-Based, to predict token behavior under various scenarios.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate findings and design strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a team environment, taking feedback, and integrating it into the design process.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with DeFi, GameFi, and Web3 landscapes, staying updated with the latest trends and innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience and inclination to work in Web3, DeFi and GameFi
• A demonstrated portfolio or case studies showcasing past tokenomics projects would be a plus.
